Refund policy

We have a 14-day return or exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at help@mieliestronkclothing.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellation of orders 
Cancellation of orders by the customer will attract a 10% charge for administration costs. Mieliestronk reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is unavailable, or the quality of goods ordered does not meet our standards. Should Mieliestronk exercise this right, the customer will receive a full refund with no deductions

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. Upon being notified, we will immediately assess and resolve the issue. Should the original item not be available, the customer will have the option of choosing either an alternative item or a refund. In cases of unavailability, Mieliestronk will refund the customer in full within 5-days of receipt of the returned goods.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and products excluded for hygiene purposes. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

Should you wish to exchange your item, please send your exchange request to help@mieliestronkclothing.co.za. Should the original exchange item not be available, the customer will have the option of choosing either an alternative item or a refund. In cases of unavailability, Mieliestronk will refund the customer within 5-day of receipt of goods. The amount of your return will be refunded via the original payment method, with the shipping costs deducted.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at help@mieliestronkclothing.co.za.

Refunds for returns and/or exchanges will have shipping costs deducted. Refunds for damaged or defective goods will be refunded in full.
